In business since 2005, GCT Contracting Inc. is built on repeat clients and referrals providing services throughout the Lower Mainland. Our services range in scale, but we specialize in complete home remodeling and restoration.

Home renovation projects are inherently complicated, from defining requirements and identifying scope of work, to establishing realistic investment range. In order to ensure that our clients have a better understanding of what to expect, we create a work plan that is tailored to suit the needs of each project.

Renovation

Renovations, either home or office, is the bulk of what we do. Whether your needs are individual room upgrades or complete heritage home renovations, we have extensive experience in both residential and commercial work. We provide detailed schedules and communicate regular updates ensure you are fully aware of the timelines involved in your project. Our unique quality management program ensures all projects managed by GCT Contracting Inc. meet or exceed client expectations.

Restoration

We are a certified preferred restoration contracting company for many flood and fire restoration companies in the Lower Mainland such as First Onsite, On Side Restorations and Paul Davis Systems. We aim to minimize impact and stress to property owners while we put our clients home or business back into their original state as quickly and painlessly as possible. We do not sacrifice quality or construction and we pay very close attention to details.

Building Maintenance

Initial construction costs account for only a small fraction of a building’s overall financial investment, but all building components are subject to repairs and renewals as a result of physical deterioration from exposure to the elements, general usage or imposed damage. We can help with planning and maintenance or renewal strategies. We are available for emergency calls outs and strive to ensure assets are well taken care of.
